God is: a Reflection on Psalm 147, Ezekiel 18:1-32, Philippians 4:1-9 and John 17:9-19

All those the Father gave Jesus are sanctified in the truth. God is gracious. He is abundant in power and the healer of the brokenhearted. God is steadfast in his love. God is the owner of all lives. He is fair in his judgments. God is our Judge. God is always near. He gives peace and guards our hearts. I am so grateful for who God is!

Scripture texts are taken from the two-year daily lectionary cycle which follows the liturgical calendar and begins on the First Sunday of Advent.
